In my coaching program, I will use a hybrid of healing with strategic practical workouts to maximize your results through an all encompassing personal growth experience.
With my over two decades of experience as a personal trainer and reiki master, your goals will become my goals for us to work through accomplishing together. I have spent years empowering my clients to meet their life's mission.
I myself have struggled with the changes that happened with my body that became especially harder after each of my four pregnancies. I was embarrassed by my body's fluctuations. I was so critical and shaming until I learned how to coach / train myself through my thoughts and beliefs. I worked both physically and mentally until I reached my fitness & wellness goals.
Once the barriers to success are identified, I am then able to help implement methods to begin the process and to start achieving what you want most in life.
